• Same-Day Service Changes: If you remove or downgrade services on the day of your appointment, you will still be charged 100% of the originally scheduled service total.
• 24-Hour Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
